302 Amaç: Girişimsel bronkoskopi prosedürleri havayolu lezyonlarının tanı ve tedavisinde yeni ve etkili yöntemlerdir. Özellikle endobronşiyal termal tedaviler sırasında ventilasyonun yakma tehlikesi göz önüne alındığında hava yolu yönetimi ve ventilasyon başlıca endişe konusudur. Bu çalışmanın amacı tanısal veya terapötik girişimsel bronkoskopi prosedürü uygulanan hastaların ventilasyonunda rijit bronkoskopiye kıyasla laringeal maske havayolu (LMH) kullanımını değerlendirmekti.
